当前中国特色新型教育智库建设的若干问题

Some Problems of the Construction of the New Education Think-tank with Chinese Characteristics Currently

相比经济、政治、军事等领域的智库建设而言，我国教育智库还有很多改进与提升的空间。当前，根据党中央和国务院新的部署要求，中国特色新型教育智库建设进入一个全新阶段。新型教育智库需要在优先满足政府决策需求的基础上，更为精准锁定并不断开拓培育用户需求；在教育服务属性分化的环境中，更加关注教育领域的政策分类和话语特征；在明确战略方向和基本原则的前提下，更好地提升教育智库服务的可靠性和有用性。

Compared with the construction of the think-tank in economic， political， military and other fields，our country’s education think-tank still needs to be improved.At present， according to the new requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council， a new education think-tank construction with Chinese characteristics has stepped into a new stage.New education think-tank needs to meet the demand of government decision-making and precisely locking and constantly exploiting user’s requirements;In the environment of the education service attributive differentiation， it needs to pay more attention to the policy classification and discourse feature in education area;On the premise of clear strategic direction and basic principle， it needs to improve service reliability and usefulness.
