中文摘要 | 研究抽样调查重庆市首届、二届免费定向农村小学全科教育师范生,分析其报考动机、全科素 养基础,对政策等的认知、认可情况,未来职业期许等。调查结果表明,全科师范生的报考动机与家庭经济 状况、就业等有强相关性;他们的音、美等学科素养基础较为薄弱;全科师范生对相关政策基本认同,但存 在重权利、轻义务、定向就业信念不坚定等情况;他们认为培养方案“课多、自主时间少”。鉴于此,建议 招生政策对音、美等学科素养基础有所侧重;加强诚信教育、农村情感教育等;进一步调整培养方案、课程 设置,以使“下得去、留得住、干得好”的政策落到实处。 |
英文摘要 | By sample survey, the study investigates and analyzes the Free Training, Employment Rural Primary School Orientation, all round subjects Normal Students’ self-information, motivations, their foundations of all subjects and their cognition and satisfaction of policy, future career expectations . The research results show that all round subjects normal students,enrollment motivations are strongly connected with their economic conditions and the future jobs; their foundations of music and art disciplines are relatively weaker. They basically approve and satisfy with the policy and education program. However, it also found some problems, such as their emphasis on the rights but ignoring the obligations, and so on. Based on these, the suggestions to adjust the policy and education program are given. |
