中文摘要 | 远程培训打破了传统培训形式时间和空间上的限制。教师教育远程网络培训平台若不能被学习者接受并有效使用,不仅是对教学资源的浪费,也是教学过程中对环境和人的双重忽视。该文以技术接受模型为基本框架,引入感知行为控制因素,采用访谈法、问卷调查法,对各因素与使用意向之间的关系进行相关性分析和线性回归分析,证明各因素对使用意向、使用态度、用户满意和感知有用的影响,构建面向教师教育远程网络培训平台的技术接受扩展模型(ETAM)。 |
英文摘要 | Online-training has erased the limitation of traditional training by time and space separation. If the platform for teachers’ training could not be accepted, it will not only be a waste of resources but also the ignorance to the environment and the user. This research takes Technology Acceptance Model as the basic frame, being introduced in perceived behavior control, through interviews and questionnaires, the analysis for a set of factors in the model and the intention of use is carried out by the correlation and the linear regression analysis. Hypothesis are proved that user’s intention of use, user attitudes, user satisfaction and perceived ease of use are positively affected by a set of factors. Being composed which, the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (ETAM) is established. |
