中文摘要 | 郊区化是人口、就业岗位和服务业从大城市中心城区向郊区迁移的分散化过程,是 城市化进程中的一个阶段。作为典型的大都市,巴黎于20 世纪后期开始了郊区化进程。巴黎市 政府在推进城市格局改造的同时,积极调整基础教育资源配置,采取的举措包括:重新规划学 校布局,保障学校布局与人口分布相适应;建立“教育优先区”,对教育薄弱的郊区及新城给予 政策倾斜;促进区域间教师流动,保证师资均衡配置。期冀巴黎的经验为我国正在郊区化进程 中的大城市推进教育均衡提供有益的借鉴。 |
英文摘要 | Suburbanization is a process that the population,jobs and services migrated fromthe central city to the suburbs. It is a stage in the process of urbanization. Paris began its suburbanization in the late 20th century. The government promoted urban pattern transformation,and meanwhile actively adjusted the allocation of educational resources. The initiatives included: re- planning the layout of schools to adapt to the population distribution; establishing Zones d'éducation prioritaire to support disadvantaged areas; promoting the mobility of teachers to ensure teachers' balanced configuration. It is expected that Paris's experience could provide useful lessons for China's major cities that are in the suburbanization process. |
