Theoretical Analysis Framework for the Generation Mechanism of University Organizational Behavior

大学组织行为是指大学组织及其成员在一定组织结构和环境中，按照一定的行为规范为实现各自 的组织角色、目标所作的决策和行动。目前的大学组织理论较为侧重于静态的结构性分析，而相对缺乏一种 “行动理论”大学组织研究的组织行为学转向是一个理论发展趋势。研究大学组织行为规律是制定高等教育 政策和大学内部政策的基础，研究大学组织从组织行为的角度能够进一步深化对大学组织特性、组织文化、价 值取向、组织变革的理解，从而在更深层面上洞悉大学组织。对大学组织行为发生机制的分析应从大学的行为 动力机制、组织决策、组织结构和组织文化四个方面建构分析框架。

University organizational behavior refers to decisions and actions of a university and its members in a certain organizational structure and environment in order to fulfill each role and goal in accordance with behavior norms. Existing university organization theories lay stress on static structural a- nalysis，and＂ action theories＂，which will be a theoretical trend，are lacking. Research into the law of university organizational behavior forms a basis for making higher education policies and university internal policies，and can promote the understanding of university organizational characteristics， organizational culture and values，and organizational reform from the perspective of organizational behavior， for a better understanding of university organization. The theoretical analysis framework for the mechanism of university organizational behavior should include four elements ： dynamic mechanism of university behavior，organizational decision，organizational structure，and organizational culture.
