国家主义下中国现代大学制度的建构逻辑及审思

The Construction Logic and Reflection of Modern University System in China from the Perspective of Nationalism

现代大学制度是中国高等教育改革发展进程中的一个“主题话语”，处于不断建构、改造、变革与完善的过程中。世界高等教育普遍进入了“国家主义”时代，中国大学制度的建构具有更加深厚的国家主义体制文化传统。考察中国大学制度形成的逻辑路向，体现为“适应论”的制度实践逻辑、“同生互构”的制度结构特征以及“国家需要”的制度功能导向，对此，应从历史的、辩证的、批判的视角给予认识、尊重、变革和现实关怀。有理由认为：国家主义的价值取向仍然是建设具有中国特色的高等教育制度的现实途径，但是，要对“国家主义”予以重新认识和解读。目前，以高等教育综合改革为切入点，中国现代大学制度建构的转型期已经到来。
