试论美国教育改革之“数学、科学合作”项目

On the MSP in America Education Reform

美国“数学、科学合作”项目（ＭＳＰ）是美国教育改革的一部分。ＭＳＰ运行机构包括资助管理机构和项目合作结构。它有着强大的财政支持和资金分配模式。本文通过相关案例展现了ＭＳＰ的经典模式和特殊模式，阐述了ＭＳＰ取得的成果：Ｋ－１２教师学科知识增加，教学技能提高；学生的学业表现得以改善；社会效应良好，并指出，ＭＳＰ背后有政治力量和经济力量作支撑，有利于保障人才培养的连续性，并且有较好的管理思路，同时维护了社会公平和社会稳定。

The Math and Science Partnership (MSP) Program is part of the America education reform. MSP institutions are divided into fund management institutions and partnership institutions. The program has a strong funding and allocation system. The running models are shown by the relevant cases. Results achieved by MSP are as follows: enhancement in subject knowledge and teaching skills of K一 12 teachers，improvement in students' math and science performance， and desirable social effects. We need to critically analyze MSP. There are political power and financial support behind it. MSP helps to guarantee continuous student development，has solid management ideas，and maintains social justice and stability.
