英文摘要 | The study attempts to describe the acquisition of position and framwork of the power of class leaders, by the data which are gathered by field study from Class F Grade 2 of D Junior high School. We found that the selection of class leaders depend on whether they can meet the requirements of the head teacher and their own academic achievement. The power of class leaders was reflected in the class structure factors: it was partly characterized by depending on the head teacher and loose relationship among themselves. What’s more, it was strongly squeezed by the young pioneer members and resisted by their classmates. |
