英文摘要 | In the new century, facing the changeable global situations, what the differences in civic literacy among states and students in one country? Are there any changes in it in comparison to that of ten years ago? Are students interested in participating in public and political activities? Which factors affect their interests? Facing shocks threatening the civic society, what do students think about? What factors are related to their civic literacy and attitude in school and education system and what background factors are associated with their knowledge and attitude of their own and the society? The International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement gives its response to all above questions on the basis of large-scale surveys among 38 countries and areas, and demonstrates how they cultivate their teenagers to be citizens. |
