基于动态数据的专业技术职务评聘质量分析——以上海市重点师范大学为例

The quality analysis of the assessment and engagement of professional technical based on dynamics data

专业技术职务评聘“按需设岗”，以评聘优秀的专业技术人员为目标。“自主评审”要求高校根据自身实际制定标准和程序，科学分析是评聘质量的重要保证。本文基于评聘个案动态的半定量分析，探讨师范大学教师评聘质量分析的指标体系、方法和意义。

The assessment and engagement of professional technical positions follow the principle of “Position by need”， targeting at talent technical candidates. “Autonomous evaluation” requires the universities and colleagues to set standards and procedures according to their own situations and conditions. Scientific analysis provides a solid and important basis for the quality of the assessment and engagement. The thesis try to explore the parameters， methods and consequences of quality analysis of assessment and engagement of normal universities， based on semi-quantitative analysis of individual cases' dynamics.
