高等教育信息化发展与研究论纲

A Development and Research Outline of IT in Higher Education

信息化正在成为高校教学、科研、管理、国际交流及社会服务等方面不可或缺的重要生存环境，并将成为推动未来中国高等教育变革和发展的强大杠杆。文章从研究“通论”的视野，对发达国家高等教育信息化的经验及趋势、中国高等教育信息化的现状及问题、中国高等教育信息化未来发展需要研究和关注的重要战略议题等进行了较为系统的分析和阐述。

IT has become an important and essential facilitating factor for the development and reform in Higher Education during the past ten years. The authors review and summarize the successful experiences during the history of IT in Higher Education in western countries， especially in the U.S. in this article. Then analyze the current situations and main problems of IT in Chinese Higher Education， in the end， propose a development and research outline and some related strategic issues of IT in Chinese Higher Education.
