中文摘要 | 中小学能否在即将到来的国家“十三五”发展中找准自身发展的价值、定位,需要重视新的战略规划制定。中小学战略规划的制定过程,应当遵循相应的逻辑顺序,即学校在战略规划制定过程中的思维序列。学校发展战略规划制定的逻辑顺序,是一个从学校理想到学校理念的分解过程;是一个从学校理念到发展使命的理解过程;是一个从学校使命到理性模式的选择过程;是一个从理性模式到目标体系的理顺过程;是一个从目标体系到行动策略的理清过程。中小学在战略规划制定中遵循以上逻辑顺序进行谋划,能使学校规划更加科学、有效。 |
英文摘要 | In the course of the national development plan from 2015-2020, primary and secondary schools will find the value of their own development through assisting strategic planning. The process of school strategic planning should follow a logical sequence. A logical sequence of school strategic planning is a process of the ideal and concept decomposed, a process from concept to the school mission ,a process from the school mission to the rational mode selection, a process from the rational mode to the target system; a process from the target system to the action strategies. Following the logical order of strategic planning of primary and secondary schools can make planning more scientific and effective. |
