Strategy for Class Community Building Based on Fair Value

Existence of concepts such as authority and hierarchy in the bureaucratic system of a traditional class is not conducive to the goal of social justice． Therefore，the class as a community model based on love，equality， and shared value，which is conducive to social justice，is bound to become the new model of class organization． The main strategies for class community building based on social justice include: teachers as ＂ substitute parents＂ ，teachers co-teaching，heterogeneous classes，and school culture that promotes learning and social justice．
