英文摘要 | The remote training program for “National Training Plan” is an effective way for teachers to improve the application of information technology to optimize the classroom, transform the learning ways, actualize the specialization and promote life-long learning. By analysis the implementation background of “The National Training Plan” and the implementation situation of Tibet, the paper investigated an analysed the requirements of remote training for Tibetan primary and secondary school teachers based on “The standard of teacher’s ability of applying information technology in primary and secondary schools”. Finally, the paper discussed the results of investigation, summarized existing problems and put forward the countermeasure to promote the training effectiveness, fulfill the requirements of teachers and ensure the pertinence and scientificalness of “National Training Plan”. |
