如今人类已经全面进入了网络时代，网络成为人们的一种生活方式，亦成为大学生参与社会公共事务的主要平台，而这就为大学生的公民教育提供了新的实践领地：网络公民教育。该文从网络公民的概念入手，运用观察法和调查法，分析了当前大学生网络公民这一群体的特征：对互联网强烈的依赖性、是网络世界的引领者、网络公民身份的缺失；然后，从大学生思想政治教育和公民教育的角度探讨了当前开展大学生网络公民教育的现实意义，并构建了大学生网络公民教育的内容：公民文化教育、网络技能培养，网络道德养成；最后在此基础上，提出了推行大学生网络公民教育的路径：加强公民知识教育，积极开设公民教育课程；建好网络平台，加强网络文化建设；建立全方位、协同合作的网络公民教育机制，试图为高校网络公民教育的开展提供参考。

Nowadays， human have access to the Internet age fully， the network becomes a way of life for people and the main platform for college students to participate in social public affairs， which also provides a practical field for the citizenship education of college students: Network Citizenship Education. From the perspective of concept of network citizenship education， Using the method of observation and Investigation， the article analyzes the characteristic of current college students’ network citizen: Strong dependence on the Internet， The leader of the online world， the lack of citizenship in the network. From the ideological and political education and citizenship education of the college students， this article discusses the practical significance of network citizenship education of college students currently， and builds the content of the network citizenship education of college students: civic culture education， network skill training， network moral cultivation. Based on this， the path of the network citizenship education of college students network is proposed: strengthen the education of citizen knowledge， design the course of citizen education actively; launch network platform in order to strengthen the construction of network culture; establish a comprehensive， collaborative network Citizenship education mechanism， All of this is try to provide a reference for the development of the network citizenship education in college and universities.
