中文摘要 | 大规模在线课程(MOOC)是近几年刚刚兴起的网络学习现象。随着国内外MOOC平台的发展、优质资源共享理念的增强,高校课程联盟的呼声和实践也逐渐升温。该文从专业课程教学的视角着力探讨了跨地域跨学校的高校课程联盟的产生与发展、建立课程联盟的现实意义,同时也对高校联盟体系进行了结构性设计,提出了高校课程联盟的运行机制及发展策略,即树立开门办学理念,创建课程共建共享合作空间;引进市场机制,不断开拓和完善课程市场;建立课程契约框架,实现义务与权利对接。该文旨在为提高普通高等院校专业课程(非通识类)的教学质量提供发展思路。 |
英文摘要 | Massive open online courses is a kind of learning phenomenon having just emerged in recent years. Now more people hope to establish the courses alliance among colleges or universities. This article emphatically discusses the beginning and development of courses alliance, the practical significance of the establishment courses, at the same time the paper makes a structural design to the university alliance system, and put forward the operation mechanism and development strategy, that is setting up the concept of open education, creating courses sharing and cooperation space; bring in market mechanism, constantly developing and perfecting market; establishing curriculum framework of contract for the connection of obligation and rights. |
