数字教材建设的探索与实践 ——以第二代“人教数字教材”为例

该文对数字教材的概念进行了界定，研究了数字教材在我国基础教育信息化中的定位，从课程、教学、技术等角度的综合分析中提出数字教材在教育信息化环境中起基础性、核心性作用。文章以第二代“人教数字教材”为例，梳理了数字教材开发中需要遵循教育性、科学性、集成性、交互性、实用性、个性化和经济性等七个原则，介绍了第二代“人教数字教材”的开发流程和测试环节，提出了“教学分析、产品设计、制作开发”的三段式开发过程和“教学内容、系统架构、教学构件、用户界面”四个测试角度，最后对数字教材的标准化建设进行了简要论述。

This essay defines the concept of digital textbook， studies its position in the informatization of China’s basic education， examines its basic and core functions in the educational informatization by a comprehensive analysis from curriculum， teaching， and technology aspects. The author takes “PEP digital textbook 2.0” as an example， summarizes seven principles of development that digital textbooks need to follow: educational， scientific， integrated， interactive， usable， personalized and economical. The essay introduces the developing and testing process of the “PEP digital textbook 2.0”， proposes a three-stage development process of “teaching analysis， product design， production development” and four test perspectives of “content of teaching， system structuring， construction of teaching and user interface”. Lastly it briefly discussed the standardization of digital textbook.
