兩岸高等教育招生政策及學歷採認之省思

Reflections on the admission policy and recognition of higher education between Taiwan and Mainland China

近年來兩岸緊張關係逐漸和緩，加上受到全球化與跨國人才流動的衝擊，兩岸高等教育展開了許多交流活動，兩岸政府也逐步訂定了各項政策與法律措施，以促進兩岸學生的流動，其中兩岸的學歷採認及招生作法亦是一大突破。本研究乃針對兩岸高等教育之間招生的法規面與政策面之歷史沿革進行現況描述與分析，並據此省思未來兩岸高等教育交流的可行性建議，以期未來能更加擴大兩岸教育交流的契機。

In recent years, on account of the influence of globalization and the flow of talent, the government of Taiwan and Mainland China held many activities and made related laws and policies. In order to promote the interaction of students between Taiwan and Mainland China, the most significant strategy is the admission policy process and recognition of education of higher education. The main purpose of this study is to explore the history of legislation and admissions policy, and reflect on the cross-strait higher education exchanges in order to further expand the opportunity of cross-strait educational exchanges in the future.
