中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討如何協助被拒絕幼兒,順利適應學校生活,改善同儕關係,研究者採質性取向的行動研究,與搭班老師協同合作,以自己任教班級裡的個案阿倫為研究對象,探討個案在班上被同儕拒絕的原因並實施輔導策略,最後從個案被拒絕情形的改善情況判斷教師輔導策略的成效,資料收集包括現場觀察記錄、省思日誌、錄音、訪談、文件分析等。 研究者以具體的行動策略改善班上孩子們的互動方式以及個案阿倫的同儕關係,並透過教學後的檢討與省思分析輔導歷程。最後依據研究發現提出結論與建議,提供幼教教師對處於「被拒絕」情境下的幼兒有多一層認識,以做為未來研究及輔導時的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The study is an action research which aims to assist a rejected child, Allen, to successfully adapt to school life and improve his peer relations. The researcher observed Allen's peer interactions in class to understand the factors that caused him to be rejected and then applied teaching and guiding strategies to improve his social behaviors. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document analysis. Allen's verbal expression, self-control and problem-solving ability were improved and he was better able to interact with his peers after the intervention. |
