高中化学课程目标的国际比较研究

International Comparative Study on the Chemistry Curriculum Goals of Senior Middle School

课程目标的编制是课程研制的首要问题，确立合理的课程目标对于提高课程实施的效果和质量具有重要的意义。本研究对国际上比较有影响的7个国家和地区高中化学课程目标进行了横向比较分析。研究表明：高中阶段化学课程目标的内涵要素呈现多样化，并具有多维性;化学课程目标呈现能力导向是一个基本趋势，科学探究能力受到普遍重视;认识科学本质成为国际科学课程目标的重要组成部分；行为性目标和表现性目标是课程目标表述的重要形式;布卢姆的教育目标分类仍然是国际化学课程目标水平确定的主要依据;化学课程目标关注学科领域之间的交叉因素，强调目标的统一和融合。国际化学课程目标在呈现出一系列共性的的基础上，也表现出一些独特的个性，均值得我们关注。

In this paper， we compare and analyze the chemistry curriculum goals of senior middle school among seven countries and regions and find some valuable characters. The connotations of the high school chemistry curriculum goals are diversified and multi-dimensional. One of the trends is capability-oriented and more attention is paid to the scientific inquiry ability. Understanding the nature of science is the important component of the goals. Behavioral objectives and expressive objectives are the main forms of the goals. Most of the countries and regions establish the level of curriculum goals based on the Bloomfs theory of Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. There is an obvious trend that the goals become more discipline crossed and comprehensive.
