Research on the Function and Building Systems of Famous Middle Schools in the World

学校精神是学校持续发展的内在动力，是引领师生发展的行为指南，是学校特色形成的重要基础。世界著名中学有着鲜明的学校精神，学校精神的形成离不开如下几种因素的相互作用：清晰定位学校的核心价值追求；充分发挥榜样人物的引领和带动作用；组织特色活动提升和鼓舞师生士气;增强师生自我规划和自主发展的内动力;培育健康向上的舆论氛围等。

School spirits are dynamic to school development， guiding staff and students' development， and forming schools' characters. The famous schools in the world have distinct school sprits. The forming strategies of these schools? spirits are related to the following elements: establishing specific school's value to pursuit; having the role model pushing and pulling; organizing competition activities to inspire the spirits and moral; guiding students and teachers to self-plan their carrier and life; and leading the public opinions， etc.
