中文摘要 | 本文以SSCI数据库中《美国教育管理季刊》等5种期刊作为分析对象,运用可视化和统计软件,对2000〜2013年间5种刊物所刊栽的3,492篇文献进行可视化分析。结果发现美国教育管理研究的热点集中于教育政策和政策的具体实施,以及社会公平和卓越发展三大类;高产作者主要分布在东部和西部沿海;5个学术群体的研究领域包括教育政策和领导力的影响、教师质量对学生成绩的影响、教育与社会的关系、行动研究等内容;研究前沿主要涵括领导力对学业的影响、女性参与教育管理、学校和社会的关系和分布式领导等方面。 |
英文摘要 | using the visualizing and statistic tools,we collected 3492 articles from 5 SSCI journals between 2000 and 2013 and make the analysis. We can divide the hot topics of American educational administration into 3 categories, including educational policies and their implementation, and social justice. From the analysis of the authors,we find that the high yielding authors of American educational administration research mainly distribute in the East and Western coast. Through ACA method, we find that there are 5 scholarly groups whose research areas include the effect of educational policies and leadership,the effect of teacher quality towards students' achievement,the relation between education and society and behavior research,etc* We conclude that research front of American educational administration focus on several topics such as the impact of leadership to student achievement,female character in educational administration,the relation between school and society,and distributed leadership. |
