Exploring Development Phase and Modes of Cross—culture Leadership in the Context of Globalization

随着全球化进程越来越快，世界范围内急需“跨文化领导者”，顾名思义，他们所拥有的能力就是跨文化领导力。也正是这种能力是跨文化领导和全球领导最根本和最必需的要素，它能够在后天通过一系列跨文化教育活动培养习得。跨文化领导力是跨文化发展的重要内容，了解跨文化发展经历的六个阶段，对形成跨文化心态，培养跨文化能力非常重要。当前跨文化领导力发展模式主要有三种:评价、挑战、支持模式，•体验学习模式和重新映射模式。

As globalization develops faster and faster， the world needs more intercultural leader urgently. Although global leadership and intercultural leadership are different， intercultural competence is most fundamental and necessary to both intercultural leadership and global leadership. Intercultural competence can be learned and trained through a series of education activities. Exploring six stages of the intercultural development is very important to the intercultural leadership development， and there are three models which are Assessment， Challenge and Support model， experience learning model and Remapping model.
