英文摘要 | As globalization develops faster and faster, the world needs more intercultural leader urgently. Although global leadership and intercultural leadership are different, intercultural competence is most fundamental and necessary to both intercultural leadership and global leadership. Intercultural competence can be learned and trained through a series of education activities. Exploring six stages of the intercultural development is very important to the intercultural leadership development, and there are three models which are Assessment, Challenge and Support model, experience learning model and Remapping model. |
