中文摘要 | 本文的主要目的在於勾勒Gramsci的勞動階級學校教育觀點,藉由分析Gramsci之霸權、知識份子與教育間的關係,理解Gramsci意圖透過學校教育歷程,生產勞動階級知識份子集團,以達成建構勞動階級霸權的社會革命目的。Gramsci將「勞動」視為是勞動階級學校教育成功的關鍵元素,並倡導共同學校體制作為勞動階級建構其霸權的基礎,在共同學校教育歷程中,勞動階級兒童能獲得普遍、人文的共同文化,成為發展普遍智性能力的起點,並在學習中改變既有的階級態度與習性,建構出一個作為統治階級所需的態度、能力與階級意識,提升勞動階級的智性水準,並逐步建構知識份子集團,在市民社會中獲取霸權,以實現其建立新國家的最終目的。 |
英文摘要 | This thesis examines the schooling conceptions of Antonio Gramsci in his Prison Notebooks, intents to outline a schooling institution appropriate for labour class. The schooling conceptions of Gramsci tie closely with his hegemony and intellectuals theories. Gramsci is concerned with the establishment of intellectual stratum for labour class itself via schooling, because this stratum plays a key role in struggling for hegemony of civic society. Hegemony of labour class is the preconditions acquires sovereign toward new state formation, namely communism. Under the current Capitalism hegemony, Gramsci initiatives 'common school' as a strategy to enlighten consciousness of labour class. Labour class's children can learn general culture as a modern Italy civilian, then translate their attitudes, habits and consciousness into ruling class's in the period of common school. The key element for success of labour class's schooling is 'work'. |
