布鲁姆分类学自1956年诞生以来，50多年间被不断修订和更新，对美国及其他国家的教育界产生了积极深远的影响。它的6个教育目标是教育界课程设置的基准，也是TBL（团队学习）应用于大学大班教学的理论基础。德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校率先推行的由四大核心要素构成的教学模式TBL经验，为21世纪大班教学提供了积极有效的借鉴。

Since its birth in 1956，Bloom's Taxonomy has been continually revised and enriched. The six teaching objectives of Bloom's Taxonomy served as the basic guidelines of curriculum design in educational circle， and the theoretical bases of TBL application in large-class teaching at universities. UT Austin provided inspiring and rich experience for large-class teaching in 21st century by taking the lead in applying four-core-element TBL.
