中文摘要 | 师幼比作为衡量学前教育质量的重要结构性指标之一,近年来持续得到诸多国家的高度重视。合理的师幼比能够促进有效的师幼互动,改善幼儿教师工作条件,更好地促进幼儿发展。本研究聚焦美国、英国、芬兰、挪威、斯洛伐克、日本、韩国、新西兰、智利、墨西哥十个国家,对其师幼比状况展开比较与分析,主要包括学前教育子学段师幼比的比较、男性幼儿教师师幼比的比较、师幼比变动情况比较。并从多个视角对师幼比水平的影响因素进行探讨。 |
英文摘要 | Improving the quality of pre-school education has currently become the focus of government concern worldwide. As the important structural indicator of pre-school quality,staff child ratios have received increasing attention in many countries. Appropriate staff child ratios influence the quality of staff child interactions and staff working conditions, as well as the improvement of pre-school education. This paper compares and analyzes the staff child ratios in pre-school settings in ten countries and districts. The paper also discusses the impact factors on staff child ratios in terms of policies and values of pre-school education, and finally provides some enlightenment. |
