摩洛哥教育改革的新举措———《国家教育紧急计划》述评

New Measures of Education Reform in Morocco ———Review on %22National Education Emergency Program%22

摩洛哥《国家教育紧急计划》是摩洛哥政府于2008年制定的一份进行为期4年的教育改革文件。该计划反映了摩洛哥政府在教育领域进行改革所采取的最新举措，其主要内容包括推进全民教育发展；提高教育质量；促进教师教育培训机构发展和教师管理体系能力建设；优化教育资源配置和鼓励民办教育积极参与等多个方面。这一教育改革计划经过4年的实施取得了一定的成果，但仍有不少问题尚未从根本上得到解决。

In 2008， the Moroccan government has lau nched a four-year National Education Emergency Program. The plan reflects the latest measures taken by Morocco government to carry out reform in the field of education. The main contents include promoting the development of education， improving the quality of education， promoting the development of teacher education and training institutions and the teachers management system ability construction，optimizing the allocation of educational resources and encouraging the active participation of private education. The education reform have undergone four years of implementation and achieved certain results. But there are still many problems unresolved fundamentally.
