英文摘要 | Cameroon implemented a decentralized reform in educational management. However,Cameroonian education system faces some challenges in the process of the reform such as administrative system,financial system and teacher management system. Therefore,the Cameroon government proposes to establish an public transparent administrative system,to ensure an equitable distribution of resources and effective monitoring of budgets and expenditure,to establish and implement benchmarks and standards for performance,to improve the system of teacher recruitment and incentives and sanctions. The main advantages of education management in Cameroon that are relevant for China's reference include the organizational system of school boards at all levels of schools,and the political participation of media,community and parents in education. |
