The United States is just like a melting pot which is made up of immigrants. In the process of social integration of immigrants in hundreds of years，it has formed the educational social integration model which takes the education as the leading factor for migrants' social integration. Therefore，it promotes the political identity， economic participation，and narrows the cultural gap between groups. The successful social management experience of multicultural communities is a significant example for China's modernization.
