借鉴他国经验，建立完善的孔子学院财税保障体系

汉语国际推广战略是国家发展战略的一部分，也是国家语言规划的重要组成部分。为推动汉语国际推广，我国于近年来在不少国家相继成立了孔子学院，对扩大汉语国际影响、推动中外文化交流以及提升我国文化软实力等发挥了十分重要的作用。但与此同时，孔子学院运行过程中也存在着不少问题，其中，缺乏稳定的资金来源已成为制约孔子学院可持续发展的一个重要因素。因此，建立完善的孔子学院财税保障体系尤为必要。

The international promotion strategy of Chinese is a part of the national development strategy，as well as an important part of language planning of the country. In order to promote Chinese language international promotion，our country have set up Confucius institute in many countries in recent years，which plays a very important role in expanding international influence of Chinese language，promoting sino-foreign cultural exchanges and enhancing China's cultural soft power. But at the same time，many problems also exist in the operation process of the Confucius institute，among them，the lack of stable sources of funds has become an important factor in restricting the sustainable development of Confucius institutes. As such，to establish and improve the fiscal and taxation system of Confucius institute is particularly necessary.
