Nowadays，America has explored many effective ways to construct full-time faculty team for entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship PhD project helps to cultivate qualified full-time faculty， entrepreneurship tenure faculty positions are conducive to the stability of full-time faculty，professional development direction puts forward clear requirements of faculty professional growth. At present，different sectors of American society provide the full-time entrepreneurship education faculty with a good environment for pre-training and post-training and build multi-channel security system. It is obvious that the increase in the number and quality improvement of America full-time entrepreneurship education faculty is an organic system， which would be a good reference to our country.
