英文摘要 | In order to guarantee the effectiveness of the teacher registration,and to promote the professional development of teachers,New Zealand has issued the Registered Teacher Criteria in 2010. The Criteria have described clearly the professional responsibility,professional knowledge,professional practice and professional leadership for teachers' successful teaching. The Criteria have perfect procedures and strategies in the implementation, making itself connect with the contents of teacher education,promoting inter-professional cooperation of the teachers,improving the quality of in-service teacher education. The Registered Teacher Criteria in New Zealand has provided useful reference and experience for future research and development of teacher registration criteria in our country. |
