The Registered Teacher Criteria in New Zealand and the Implications

为保障教师注册的有效性，促进教师的专业成长，2010年新西兰颁布了专门的教师注册标准，从专业价值观和专业知识观两大方面规定了教师成功教学所需的专业责任、专业知识、专业实践和专业领导能力。在实施中，该注册标准有着完善的实施程序和策略，强调实现标准与教师教育内容的一致性、促进教师间的专业合作和提高在职教师的质量。新西兰教师注册标准对我国未来的教师注册标准的研究和制定提供了一定的参考与借鉴。

In order to guarantee the effectiveness of the teacher registration，and to promote the professional development of teachers，New Zealand has issued the Registered Teacher Criteria in 2010. The Criteria have described clearly the professional responsibility，professional knowledge，professional practice and professional leadership for teachers' successful teaching. The Criteria have perfect procedures and strategies in the implementation， making itself connect with the contents of teacher education，promoting inter-professional cooperation of the teachers，improving the quality of in-service teacher education. The Registered Teacher Criteria in New Zealand has provided useful reference and experience for future research and development of teacher registration criteria in our country.
