日本的“全球公民教育”在数十年过程中发展出多种实施模式。这些模式在“全球公民教育”的基本理论以及教育目标、教育内容等方面都存在分歧，且对日本的教育实践产生了重要影响。本文试图厘凊日本“全球公民教育”的理论脉络，分析其理论争鸣状态的原因及其特征，为我国的相关研究提供些许参考。
