中文摘要 | 欧盟在教师教育政策领域的活动起步较晚,但是欧盟教师教育政策仍取得了一定的成效,并对欧盟及其成员国的教师教育政策及实践产生了积极的影响。欧盟教师教育政策主要包括构建共同的教师标准、提升教师教育质量、促进教师在职专业发展、完善教师队伍建设机制等内容。当前,欧盟教师教育政策的重点领域是深化教师教育政策对话机制,实现教师教育一体化,构建教师教育指标体系以及制定教师教育者能力标准等。 |
英文摘要 | The EU teacher education policies include building common teacher principles,improving the quality of teacher education,promoting the continuing professional development and improving the mechanism of recruitment and retention of teachers The future trends are mainly implementing the integration of teacher education ,constructing the indicators of teacher education and issuing the teacher educator standards Though it is still at the early stage for the EU to participate in teacher education affairs,it has actually made much progress in this field and contributed actively to the development of teacher education policy and practice in EU member states |
