In order to promote the research on Brown v Board of Education，this paper begins with a brief retrospect on its content and meaning，and then sums up and reviews the comments given by American scholars around the 50th anniversary of Brown Decision While affirming its historical importance， they pointed out the malady and problems of the Brown Decision These reflections help us to view the Brown Decision dialectically， and understand the trend of the race relations in American society with more rationality
