中文摘要 | 教师绩效评价是教师发展和学校改进中的一个核心问题。英美两国中小学教师绩效评价系统发展完善且颇具成效。本文比较分析了两国在教师绩效评价理念、绩效指标设计、评价实施方式、评价运作流程方面的具体特征。文章认力•英美教师绩效评价系统在理念上兼具有管理问责与专业发展的双重取向,凸显专业发展本位;缋效指标具有整合性特征,统合教师专业素养和学生学习结果的评量,评价制度设计完善,/主重开发核心的评价技术,整个评价泥程体现为一种沟通、合作和分享的互动历程。据此,文章提出了完善我国义务教育学杈教师绩效评价体系的若干建议。 |
