苏联时期的普通教育课程是全国统一的，高中课程也不例外。苏联解体之后，俄罗斯高中课程开始迈向多样化和标准化的道路。本文将苏联解体至今的俄罗斯高中课程改革进程分为三个阶段以基础教学计划引领的高中课程多样化时期，以教育标准为依据的侧重专业式教学为方向时期，新教育标准与国家统一考试共同支持下的高中侧重专业性课程深化改革时期。本文还对每一时期的改革内容进行了阐释和分析。
