英文摘要 | Education infomationization is the powerful guarantee for the enhancement of ethnic group education in Xinjiang, and the powerful backup of education modernization. Based on the investigation and analysis of the application background, current situation and shortage of the “Three Links Two Platforms”, this thesis proposed five measures, they are to guarantee educational resources sharing, to cultivate qualified and skilled talents, to enhance the reunification of information technology and the depth of education, to construct life-long education service platform and to integrate education resources scientifically. This thesis aims to improve bilingual teaching environment by means of educational informationization and work hard to achieve the bilingual teaching goal: mastering both their mother language and Chinese. |
