中文摘要 | 近两年来,作为一种全新的知识传播模式和学习方式,MOOC(大规模在线公开课程)正引发一场全球 教育的重大变革。MOOC的基本前提条件是信息技术,但生成的最终关键取决于教师的专业能力。MOOC的快 速发展对传统教育的教师形成了巨大的挑战。该文通过解读MOOC,探析了MOOC对教师带来的机遇与挑战, 并从教师信息素养的提高、教学能力的提高、教学方式的转型、专业反思等方面探究教师专业成长的途径,以期 对MOOC时代教师的专业发展提供一些建议。 |
英文摘要 | In the past two years, as a new mode of transmission of knowledge and learning, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) has emerged and quickly spread all over the world, leading to great changes in global education. Information technology is the basic precondition of MOOC, but its generation depends on teachers' professional ability. With the development of MOOC, the traditional teachers are faced with great challenges. In order to confront its challenges, this paper analysis the opportunities and challenges of MOOC for teachers, and explores the way of teachers' professional development from the improvement of teachers' information literacy, the improvement of teaching ability, the transformation of teaching methods, the professional reflection and so on. |
