教师教学能力的发展是教师职业生涯的重要过程，在这个过程中，新媒体将对其有着重要的促进与影响作用，是教师教学能力提高重要因素。该文从教师教学能力发展的内容和影响因素出发，探讨新媒体技术对教师教学能力发展的影响及作用，并提出提高教师教学能力的对应措施。

The development of teaching ability for teachers， in their career， is an important procedure， in which the new multimedia，a key factor of teachers’ teaching ability improvement， will play a driving role. This paper， based on the content of teaching abilitydevelopment and influencing factors， makes a research on the influence and function of new multimedia to teachers’ teaching ability.
