中文摘要 | 职业院校是我国培养应用型人才的重要基地,为了推进中等职业教育改革创新,全面提高办学质量,我国从2010年开始已经选取了三批国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校进行改革创新示范,在中职示范校建设和验收中,数字化资源的建设及应用是重要的指标,同时也是当前的主要困难点之一。该文在对我国中职示范校的数字化资源现状与问题分析的基础上,提出了包括统一数字化资源标准、搭建资源平台、开发资源库内容、明确应用指南及策略管理办法的资源体系建设框架;重点针对其中的资源建设内容提出了三级教学资源库以及精品课、虚拟仿真实训系统、数字图书馆、教师研修视频课程、题库管理系统等五类重点建设方向,并进行了详细的阐述。最后针对中职示范校提出了成立数字化资源建设管理委员会、健全信息化人才培养培训与发展机制、重视数字化资源建设的监控与评价,以及身体力行促进校本资源开发等推进与实施办法。 |
英文摘要 | Vocational schools are important bases of cultivating people who do well in application in our country. In order to promotethe reform of secondary vocational education innovation and improve the quality of education, our country has selected three batchesof secondary vocational schools to inquire and lead how to reform and innovate since 2010. But among the factors influencingreform and innovation results, construction and application of digital resources is critical.Based on the situation and problems ofdigital resources of secondary vocational schools, the essay puts forward a resource system construction frame which includesdigital resources standard, resource platform, repository and content, application guidelines and management measures. And then itfocuses on the content of resource construction, then analyze the three-level teaching resources as well as “Excellent Courses”, virtualsimulation training system, digital library, teachers training video course, question bank management system. Finally, it puts forwardthe establishment of digital resource construction management committee, improving the mechanism of informatization talentstraining and development, focusing on the digital resources construction of monitoring and evaluation, as well as promoting schoolbasedresources development. |
