中文摘要 | 当前教育信息化的发展进入一个全新的阶段,从最初的计算机辅助教学到现在的“三通两平台”、云计算、智慧校园、教育云、移动学习、物联网、微课程、翻转课堂、增强现实、网络教研等,极大地丰富了教学方式,提高了教学效率。中小学校在积极响应教育信息化教学的同时,也遇到一些并发的新旧问题,比如从业人员教育信息化素养不足,教师信息化教学意识不够,学校领导不重视,资源建设不能完全满足教师们的需求,还有一些地区存在设备及经费的难题等。面对这些新老迭起的问题,教育信息化该如何开展,如何在解决一线师生教学问题的基础上继续开展,是当前的难点也是重点。教育信息化的发展已有十多年,信息化教育的重心应该转入新阶段,由关注硬件到关注教师观念和教师教学实施,关注学生的学习发生及信息素养的渗透,对教师和学生的关注应该成为学校重点关注的指标。 |
英文摘要 | Now the education informatization development enters into a new stage, From the original computer assisted instructionto the present “three links two platform”, cloud computing, the wisdom of the campus, education cloud, mobile learning, Internetof things, micro course, flip, augmented reality, Internet etc, This enriched the teaching methods, improved the teaching efficiency.When primary and secondary schools responsed to positive education informationization instruction ,at the same time, they alsoencountered some concurrency of old and new problems, such as lack of literacy education informatization, the awareness ofinformationization teaching is not enough, the school leader don’t value very much,the resource construction can’t fully meet theneeds of teachers,some areas have equipments and the problem of funds questions, etc. In the face of these new and old problems,how to education informatization develop well, how to solve the problem of a gleam of teaching between teachers and students,that’sthe current difficulties and the key. There are more than ten years of the development of education informatization ,The center ofinformatization of education should be moved to a new phase by focus on hardware to focus on ideas and teacher teaching, shouldfocus on the students’ learning and the penetration of information literacy, pay attention for teachers and students should becomefocus target. |
