教育信息化发展指标体系研究

教育信息化是我国教育改革和发展的重要内容。当前我国教育信息化发展正处于重要战略机遇期，客观评价我国教育信息化发展水平，对准确把握后续工作重点有重要的现实意义。本研究立足于国家教育发展战略需求及其对教育信息化核心指标的明确要求，旨在提出一套宏观通用的教育信息化核心指标体系，以期为我国教育信息化的健康持续发展提供科学可靠、切实可行的评价依据。通过国内外文献调研提炼重要指标，分析政策动态新增发展指标，经过多轮专家调查反馈，形成了包含基础设施、数字教育资源、教与学应用、管理信息化、保障体制五大维度的核心指标体系。

Education informatization is an essential ingredient in the reform and development of education in China．This paper attempts to establish a macro － universal and scientific core indicator system of education informatization，in order to provide a scientific and reliable evaluation basis for the sustainable development of education informatizationin China． According to the clear requirements of the policy － oriented programmatic files that target at the designing ofcore indicator system of education informatization，this paper conducts an in － depth comparative analysis on the researchliterature that related to the education informatization and evaluation indicator system of education informatization，and proposes a core indicator system of education informatization with five aspects，including infrastructure，digitaleducational resources，teaching and learning applications，information management and security system．
