企业大学研究的国际视野:概念、模型与趋势

International Perspectives of Corporate University Ｒesearch:Concepts，Models and Trends

目前，国内外企业大学发展非常迅速，相关研究成为人力资源开发领域的新兴研究点。为了解国内外企业大学的最新研究动态及进展，本研究采用文献分析和内容分析方法，首先通过ProQuest 英文社会科学数据库、CNKI 中国知网对国内外企业大学的相关文献进行检索;然后，从企业大学的概念、功能、发展、模型、评估五个方面梳理了国内外研究现状，并在此基础上分析其研究进展趋势。

Corporate university is a new research point in the field of human resource development，and currently itdevelops very fast in the domestic and international practice． This study had a search of the keyword of corporate universitiesfrom the ProQuest English social science database and CNKI Chinese journal network database． It took highlycited literatures as the research object． Using literature analysis and content analysis method，this study summarizedcorporate university research from five aspects，which are concept，function，development，corporate university modeland evaluation． In addition，this study also analyzed the trend of the development of corporate universities．
