英文摘要 | The Flexner Report published in 1910 is widely credited with instigating important changes in medical education that have shaped today's scientifically oriented and rigorous system of training physicians. Dramatic shifts in society, health care, and educational practice over the century are again challenging medical education. Further reforms are needed especially in the following aspects: standardize learning outcomes and individualize the learning process; promote multiple forms of integration in learning and practice; adopt new technologies creatively and effectively to facilitate students' active learning and life -long learning; and put emphasis on inter-professional education to improve health care quality. |
