中文摘要 | 为了在护理本科教学中有效提高护生人文关怀品质,课题组在理论研究基础上,设计出以“设境-激情-践行-导悟”为程序框架,以情境教学、叙事教育、成立关怀小组等为教学策略的护理人文关怀教学模式。在《护理学基础》课程教学中应用此模式,并采用自编护士人文关怀品质调查问卷、投射测验,结合关爱能力评价表评价教学模式效果。结果显示,各评价指标后测得分均高于前测。因此,护理人文关怀教学模式能有效提高护生人文关怀品质。 |
英文摘要 | In order to cultivate nursing students' caring characters, a theoretical framework of humanistic teaching model for nursing education is developed. The teaching model takes creating situations -provoking emotion -practice -generating inspiration as its teaching procedure, and situation -based education, narrative teaching and caring group as its teaching strategies. The humanistic teaching model is applied in the course of Fundamentals of Nursing and its effectiveness is evaluated through self -developed questionnaire, CAI and projection work. Results show that the scores of each index concerning the participants' caring characters in the post-test are higher than those in the pre-test. It can be concluded that this innovative teaching model can improve undergraduate nursing students' caring characters effectively and can be used as an integrated approach in nursing education. |
