中文摘要 | 教学是大学教师学术工作的重要组成部分,是一种独特的学术类型。现有研究关于大学教师教学学术的现状缺少实证调查,对国内一流大学教师的教学学术研究则具有典型性价值。通过理论分析、专家咨询和小范围试测,本研究编制了包括教学态度、教学理论、技能方法、教学交流、制度促进等五个维度在内的“教师教学学术水平调查问卷”,并在北京大学在职教师群体中开展随机抽样调查,对六个人口学变量进行了差异性分析。研究发现:北京大学教师的教学学术水平总体情况较好,但管理制度的不完善却成为制约教师教学学术发展的主要因素;教师的学科专业未导致其教学学术水平的显著差异,因而教学学术很可能成为打破学科壁垒、促进跨学科交流的新平台。 |
英文摘要 | Teaching, as an important part of academic activities of university teachers, is a special scholarship. A study on the scholarship of teaching(SoT) at first-class universities in China is of typical value. The project team, through theoretical analysis, expert consultation and small -scale testing, develops a questionnaire for SoT encompassing five dimensions, i.e. teaching attitude, teaching theory, teaching skill, teaching communication and institutional promotion, and conducts a random survey at Peking University. Key findings are summarized as follows: Although teachers at Peking University exhibit a relatively high level of SoT, the imperfect governance system of the university has hindered its improvement. As major and discipline don't have obvious effects on SoT, SoT is likely to be an ideal platform to break academic tribes and facilitate interdisciplinary communication. |
