中文摘要 | 无论是中国还是外国的高等教育机构,在实施绩效评价时似乎都是迫于外界压力,而非心甘情愿。在这样的情形下,绩效评价只会事倍功半,其对院校教育质量的改进和整个高等教育质量的改进功效也将大打折扣,甚至会产生一种负面效应。本研究拟从知识管理绩效评价的视角,围绕高等教育中高深知识的生产探究和应用传播这一内在属性,去分析高等院校实施绩效评价的内生性和可行性。 |
英文摘要 | It is well known that the implementation of performance evaluation in higher education institutions (HEIs) is not the willing of HEIs, but the pressure exerted by the external authorities. Under such circumstances, the effect of performance evaluation on the quality improvement of HEIs would be trivial. To some degree, the implementation of performance evaluation has a negative effect on HEIs. Based on the nature of higher knowledge, the paper analyses the feasibility of implementing performance evaluation in HEIs from the perspective of knowledge management performance evaluation. |
