近十年国ra大学章程研究的热点—知识图镨的新视角

Hot Issues on Domestic University Statute Research in Recent Ten Years:The New Perspective of Mapping Knowledge Domains

笔者综合运用文献计量、知识图谱和社会网络分析方法，绘制近十年来国内大学章程研究的关键词知识图谱，揭示出近十年来我国大学章程研究热点集中于现代大学制度、依法治校、大学治理、教职工代表大会、大学自治、学术自由、高等教育法、制定程序、办学自主权等问题。“现代大学制度”节点的三个“三角形”知识图谱，揭示出“现代大学制度”、“依法治校”与“大学章程”、“地方政府”、“教职工代表大会”的内在关系。“大学章程”节点知识图谱，揭示出已有研究偏重于制定什么样的大学章程，而对如何制定、如何执行大学章程的研究还不足。

Using a combination of bibliometric analysis， mapping knowledge domains and social network analysis， this study tries to display visually the entire prospect of domestic university statute research in recent ten years. It is found out that the hot issues on domestic university statutes mainly focus on modem university system， university administration by law， university governance， teacher representative assembly， university autonomy， academic freedom， higher education law， formulation procedure， autonomy in university running， and so on. Key words on modem university system generate the ＂three triangles map＂. The map of university statute shows that current research mainly tries to answer what kind of university statute Chinese universities need， while the formulation and execution of university statutes require more attention
