A Probe into the Cultivation Strategies for Innovative and Entrepreneurial S&T Talents in Indian Higher Education Institutions

为实现2020年国家愿景，印度政府大力提倡高校开展科技创新创业人才培养教育，努力推进政府、高校、企业与个人开展协同创新。本文基于高校案例，分析和探讨了印度高等院校通过调整、落实科技创新创业人才培养方案而获得的相关经验，包括取得的显著成效以及面临的挑战与问题，为我国相关领域的人才培养提供参考与借鉴。

To achieve Vision 2020， Indian government has attached great importance to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial S&T talents in higher education institutions and vigorously pushed forward synergetic innovation among government， higher education institutions， enterprises and individuals. The article analyses the cultivation strategies for innovative and entrepreneurial S&T talents in Indian higher education institutions as well as related achievements and problems， in a bid to provide some references for China.
